Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We provide a 7-day free trial so you can explore SySyte risk-free. If you decide to continue after the trial, you can select one of our monthly or annual subscription plans.
Q2: Do I need a technical background to use SySyte?
Not at all. Our interface is designed to be user-friendly. Most customers can start pulling insights within hours—no coding required.
Q3: Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-level encryption and follow strict industry standards to protect your information. We continuously monitor and update our security measures to ensure your data remains private and safe.
Q4: What types of files can I upload?
You can currently upload CSV and Excel files to SySyte. While direct third-party integrations aren’t yet available, we’re actively working on expanding data import options.
Q5: How do I view or customise my reports?
All reports and insights are pre-built for you based on the data you provide. We handle the heavy lifting, so you can simply log in and access ready-to-use dashboards tailored to your business needs. If you need additional metrics or customisations, our team can work with you to adjust your setup.
Q6: Do you support direct integrations with other apps?
Currently, direct third-party integrations are not available. However, you can still import data via CSV or Excel. We’re working on more integration features for future releases.
Q7: Are there any hidden fees or usage overcharges I should know about?
Our subscription pricing is transparent—there are no hidden fees for typical usage. If your data volume or user count exceeds what’s covered under your chosen plan, we’ll discuss an upgraded plan or optional add-ons. You’ll never be charged unexpectedly.
Q8: Do you offer assistance in selecting the right plan for my team size and needs?
Absolutely. Our support team can help you evaluate your data needs, the number of users, and any specialised features to determine which plan is the best fit for your organisation.
Q9: Can multiple team members share a single account?
No. Each user must have their own login. This ensures proper access control, auditing, and data security within your organisation.
Q10: Do you offer discounts for large teams or enterprise users?
Absolutely. If you have more than 20 users, we provide special licensing options and bulk discounts. Contact us at support@sysyte.com to discuss a plan that meets your organisation's specific needs.
Q11: Is SySyte available outside of the UK?
Currently, SySyte is only available to customers within the UK. We do plan to expand internationally in the future. If you’re outside the UK and interested in using SySyte, please let us know—your feedback can help us prioritise our global rollout.
Q12: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus direct debit payments for UK customers.
Q13: How do annual price adjustments work?
If you’re on an annual plan, your fees may change each April based on the UK Retail Price Index (RPI). We’ll notify you in advance so you have time to review before the new rate takes effect.
Q14: Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrading: Yes, anytime. We’ll adjust your plan immediately, and you’ll be billed
at the new rate.
Downgrading: Request a downgrade at least 30 days before your current term ends;
the change takes effect at the end of your existing contract.
Q15: How do I cancel my subscription?
Monthly Plans: You can cancel anytime in your account settings, and you’ll retain
access until the current billing cycle ends.
Annual Plans: Please contact us at least 30 days before renewal to avoid auto-renewal.
Otherwise, your plan continues under the same terms.
Q16: Will I get a refund if I cancel early?
For monthly subscriptions, we don’t offer pro-rated refunds, but you keep access until the end of the billing period. Annual plans may qualify for partial refunds depending on your situation—contact support for details.
Q17: What happens if I miss a payment or stop paying?
If your payment fails or you have an outstanding balance, we’ll notify you. Continued non-payment can lead to suspension or closure of your account in accordance with our Terms. You’ll regain access once any overdue amount is settled.
